Bontle brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience spanning mining, government, and development sectors. She has successfully driven multi-million-rand initiatives in education, infrastructure, disability inclusion, and socio-economic development, holding leadership roles at the Maphalane Disability Trust, John Taole Gaetsewe Development Trust, and in senior capacities at Mercedes-Benz South Africa and De Beers. With strong expertise in governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, Bontle will support our executive office in driving strategy, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring sustainable impact for the communities we serve.
